How do I become a 药学技术人员 in the state of 德州?

and the legal distribution of prescription drugs through 药店 in the state of

A 药学技术人员 is an individual who is registered with the Board as a pharmacy
technician and whose responsibility in a pharmacy is to provide technical services
that do not require professional judgment regarding preparing and distributing drugs
and who works under the direct supervision of and is responsible to a pharmacist.
A 药学技术人员 trainee is an individual who is registered with the board as
a 药学技术人员 trainee and is authorized to participate in a pharmacy’s technician

*Trainee licenses are valid for ONLY 2 years, and CANNOT be renewed*
What is the 药剂技术员认证委员会 (PTCB)?
The 药剂技术员认证委员会 (PTCB) is responsible for administering
药学技师资格考试. Certification by PTCB alone does not authorize
an individual to work in a pharmacy as a 药学技术人员.
